I joined the UTOPIA community some days ago, it's a German platform. The main topic is sustainability. People are discussing news, products and ideas concerning environmentally conscious consumption and ecological lifestyle.
My nickname's 'Werftlerin' ... referring to my company title kreaWERFT. krea is a shortcut for 'Kreativität' which means creativity in German. 'Werft' is the German expression for shipyard.
I love this combination of words as a company name, kreaWERFT is also a registered trademark in Austria now.
As a matter of fact I'm helping to design ideas, not ships, but still ... ideas have to be seaworthy to sail near the wind of business, too :-)
Back to the post topic ... here's another interesting platform:

RESET is a non-profit organization. Its key role is turning public attention toward sustainable development and efficiently using donations (money, time, materials) to realize this goal.
I especially love the idea of financing bars:
